According to rules laid down in the second section of its fundraising charter, the Foundation has a Board of Directors, with 15-17 Directors. Of these, a suitable number are government agency representatives, academic experts, community notables, and Internet service provider representatives. The Foundation will also have a Supervisory Board, with 3-5 Supervisors, at least one will have a background or experience in accounting/finance. The Board of Directors is the Foundation's highest decision-making body, and will be staffed by a CEO who will serve at the behest of the Chairman and be assisted by a number of executive assistants.
